These terms

This website is operated by Kingway Industry (registration J028646-7), B, Sarwri street kmha, ledhr road Sarwari St, Chaudhry Colony, Lahore, 43026, Pakistan. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Kingway Industry, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

By browsing this website or placing an order you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Chargeback Policy, which together form one agreement. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that both are true, and that the details you give us — name, address, phone number and payment details — are accurate and yours to use.

Products on this site are offered for personal and ordinary business use. For bulk, trade or resale quantities, please use our quote request instead of the normal checkout so we can price and supply it properly.

Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.

Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, that breaches these terms, or where the details given are false.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can — specifications, capacities, materials and what is in the box. Product photographs are illustrative; colour reproduction varies between screens, and manufacturers change packaging, accessories and minor specifications without notice.

Where a manufacturer changes a product after we listed it, we will supply the current version. If the change is material and you would rather not have it, tell us and we will cancel and refund you in full.

Listing a product is not a promise that it is in stock. Availability is confirmed when we accept your order, and stock can sell out between you adding an item to your basket and paying for it.

Prices and errors

Prices are in PKR and include any applicable tax unless we say otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is always shown before you pay — see the Shipping Policy.

Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. Promotional prices run only for as long as stated and cannot be applied to an earlier order.

Despite our best efforts, a price or description is occasionally wrong. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price. We will contact you, offer the item at the correct price, and cancel and refund in full if you would rather not proceed. We will never simply charge you the higher amount without asking.

How an order is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. The order confirmation we send acknowledges that we received it; it does not by itself accept it.

The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the items, and it covers only the items actually dispatched. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, if delivery to your location is not possible, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you why and refund anything you have paid, in full.

Payment

We accept:

• Cash on delivery — payable in full, in the exact amount, when the order arrives.
• Debit and credit cards, processed by our payment gateway.

Card payments are handled entirely on the gateway's systems. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV — only the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.

Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full. Where a payment fails, is reversed, or a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door, we may cancel the order and recover the goods and any costs incurred.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please read our Chargeback Policy and contact us first — it is faster than a bank dispute.

Delivery

Dispatch and delivery times, charges, coverage and what happens to a missed delivery are all set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — they depend on courier networks we do not control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return on an eligible item. The conditions, exclusions, the process and refund timings are in the Return & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Warranty and installation

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty supplied with them; the term and the cover are the manufacturer's, not ours, and claims are handled through their authorised service centres. We will always help you get a claim to the right place.

A warranty typically does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect voltage or supply, water ingress, unauthorised repair, or normal wear. Appliances that need professional installation — gas, plumbing or fixed electrical work — must be installed by a qualified person; an installation done otherwise generally voids the warranty and is not something we can be held responsible for.

Installation is not included in the price unless the product page says so explicitly.

Reviews and what you post

You are welcome to review products you have bought. Please keep reviews honest and about the product. We remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, someone else's, or posted to promote another business.

By posting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display and reproduce it on this site and in our marketing, and you confirm the content is yours to give. We may edit for length or remove a review, but we do not alter its meaning or delete reviews simply for being critical.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or to place an order you do not intend to pay for.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy our content, prices or product data by automated means.
• Introduce malware, or use the site to transmit it.
• Impersonate anyone else, or use another person's payment or delivery details without permission.

We may suspend access, cancel orders and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos and arrangement of this website belong to Kingway Industry or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with an order or a purchase you are considering.

You may not copy, republish, resell or use our content commercially without our written permission. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell.

Our liability

We stand behind what we sell. Where we get something wrong, we will put it right — repair, replacement or refund as set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost data, loss of use, or a business interruption arising from a product or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is free of error at every moment.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control — including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, courier or utility failure, internet or power outage, import restrictions, or an act of government. Where such an event affects your order we will contact you, and if the delay becomes unreasonable you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs it, so a later change never applies retrospectively to an order already placed. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before any of that, please raise the matter with us. We would far rather resolve a complaint directly, and in practice almost everything is settled that way.
